摘要
脉冲式气力输送通过将物料充填在管中成柱状,利用前后高压压缩气体及两端面压力之差,推动料柱运动,使许多彼此相连的料柱相间移动从而达到输送目的。这一新的输送形式具有耗气量低、动力省、效率高、管径小、输送距离远和输送量大等特点,设计结果和实践经验表明将其应用与面粉行业是可行性。
The pulsating pneumatic conveying services the function to push material column forward which fills up in pipe by using the pressure difference between front and back high-pressure compressed air as well as two end sur- faces, to make many together linked material columns move phase to phase, so as to reach the conveying purpose. This new conveying form is characterized by low air consumption, power saving, high efficiency, small pipe diame- ter, long conveying distance and large conveying capacity, and the design result and praxis experience indicate that its application in flour industry is feasible.
