摘要
高校后勤社会化过程中产生的一个比较突出的问题就是宿舍管理权与学生权利的冲突,因此要对高校后勤实体的法律地位、后勤实体与学生的法律关系、学生宿舍的法律属性进行明确,分析冲突产生的原因,找出平衡双方权利的解决之道,构建法治、文明、和谐的居住环境。
In the process of the University logistics socialization, a more prominent issue is produced, that is the conflict between the dormitory management authorities of the rights of students. Therefore, the following should be made clear such as the legal status of U- niversity logistics, the legal relationship with students and the legal property of dormitory. The purpose of analyzing the causes of the conflicts and find related solution is to build a legal, civilized and harmonious living environment.
