摘要
采用化学氧化法在4种不同的反应体系中制备了聚吡咯.采用红外分析、热重分析手段初步分析了4种产物的结构和热稳定性.结果表明,溶剂或氧化剂的不同均影响产物的结构及性能.在无水乙醚为溶剂的体系中得到的聚吡咯(PPy-2)无过氧化现象且热稳定性较好.对PPy-2进行元素分析、SEM和TEM分析,并研究了其对乙醇、丙酮、CO,H2,NH3,H2S和NOx等多种气体的气敏性能.结果发现,PPy-2对NH3,H2S,NOx3种气体有较好的选择性.同时讨论了PPy-2的气体敏感机理.
Polypyrroles were prepared by chemical oxidation at four different reacting systems.The structure and heat stability of PPys were analyzed by FTIR and TG-DTA.It was found that PPy-2 prepared at ethyl ether system was high thermal stability and not overoxidized.PPy2 was characterized by element analysis,SEM and TEM,and studied for gas sensitivity to ethanol,acetone,CO,H2,NH3,H2S,and NOx.It was found that PPy2 had better selectivity to NH3,H2S,and NOx.The gas sensitivity mechanism of PPy2 was also discussed.
