摘要
微波辅助下以四氢呋喃/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙酮/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,对铁法原煤及脱灰煤的抽提结果进行了考察。结果显示脱灰煤和原煤的抽提率及抽提物族组成含量都有所不同。采用气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析了脱灰煤四氢呋喃/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺抽提物的化学组成,分析表明抽提物主要由脂肪族化合物、芳香族化合物和杂原子化合物三类成分组成,同时含有高附加值的精细化学品。其中脂肪族化合物以正构烷烃居多,芳香族化合物主要是苯系衍生物,杂原子化合物以含氧衍生物为主,并有含氮的化合物。
Tiefa coal and its coal(daf)were extracted using tetrahydrofuran(THF)/N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and Acetone/N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent under microwave-assisted extraction(MAE).Extraction results indicated that extraction yield and composition of extracts are different between Tiefa coal and its coal(daf).The THF/N,N-dimethylformamide soluble fraction of Tiefa coal(daf)was analyzed with GC/MS.The results showed that the THF/N,N-dimethylformamide extracts of Tiefa coal(daf)mainly consisted of aliphatic hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,heteroatom-containing compounds and high value-added fine chemicals.Aliphatic hydrocarbons primarily consisted of n-alkanes.Benzenes were dominant components in aromatic hydrocarbons.Heteroatom-containing compounds mainly consisted of oxygen-containing compounds,and a few nitrogen-containing compounds
