摘要
叙述了新型硅吸收剂量量热计的结构及电校准原理;给出了量热计在0—35℃工作温区的电加热校准因子,拟合出硅比热随温度变化关系式,并对实验误差进行了讨论。
The structure and electrical calibration principle of a silicon absorbed dose calorimeter are described. Specific--heat capacity of silicon as the electrical calibration factor of the calorimeter at different temperature ranging from ooC to 35℃ is given. Its error is also discussed.
