微创接骨锁定钢板系统治疗膝关节周围骨折的体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮接骨技术(MIPO)结合A0锁定钢板内固定系统(Lessinvasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗膝关节周围骨折的临床疗效。方法应用LISS治疗17例膝关节周围骨折,男11例,女6例;年龄27~73岁,平均48岁;其中股骨远端骨折9例9处,根据AO分型:A_1型1例,A_2型2例,A_3型1例,C_1型3例,C_2型2例;胫骨近端骨折8例8处,根据A0分型:A_2型1例,A_3型3例,C_2型3例,C_3型1例。结果所有病例均获得了随访,随访时间12~20个月,平均14个月。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为14周。根据改良HSS膝关节功能评价标准,优4例,良11例,可2例,优良率88.23%;并发症5例,发生率为29%,2例出现钢板刺激症状;1例出现术后骨折对位不良,股骨远端后倾10°;1例出现腓浅神经损伤;1例骨折愈合后内固定取出困难。结论 LISS是一种治疗膝关节周围骨折有效可靠的方法,体现了微创原则,使用过程中需了解LISS的固定原理及掌握正确的方法以减少并发症的发生。
