摘要
采用射线追踪法,计算了发射器与目标区不同距离时投射到目标区能量的变化,随着距离的增加,投射到目标区的能量逐渐减少;同时,还计算了光电开关外壳上的槽道缝隙宽度以及目标区宽度变化时,投射到目标区能量的变化.计算结果有助于了解关电开关中的光学特性;而且,在此基础上也可为光电开关设计过程中的一些外壳设计参数的合理选取提供参考.
With the Ray-tracing technique,the variation of the radiant energy with the distance between the emitter and the receiving area was calculated.As the distance increases,the radiant energy radiated on the receiving area decreases.Besides,the variation of the radiant energy with the aperture width in the housing and the receiving area was calculated as well.The results are helpful to understand the optical characteristics of the switch.Moreover,further calculations can provide useful references for the determination of the housing parameters during the EO switch design.
