摘要
测试了掺钛铌镁酸铅系列铁电陶瓷介电和热释电温度谱,观察到自发和场诱导正常铁电体一弛豫型铁电体-顺电体相互转变的现象,在分析这-相变的特点和相应结构特征的基础上,提出弛豫型铁电体纳米极性微区的动态结构模型,结合V5gel-Fulcher关系拟合介电常数的峰值温度Tm与频率w数值,得到与模型一致的结论.
Dielectric response and Pyroelectric current as a function of temperature for Ph (Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))1-xTixO3 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4. designated as PMNT(1-x)/x) ferroelectric ceramics were carefully measured. Spontaneous and field-induced normal ferroelectric-relaxor ferroelectricparaelectric phase transition can be observed clearly. Based on the structural characteristics of this perovskite ferroelectric system, a dynamic structural model for polar nano-microregions (PNMR) was proposed. Using Vogel-Fulcher relation, the temperature at the dielectric permittivity maximum and the frequency can be fitted very well.
