摘要
给出了双自由度有阻尼自由振动系统方程的解耦方法与冲击机械隔振的数值仿真过程;介绍了作为隔振元件的叠板弹簧阻尼性能及其使用特点;详细分析和研究了叠板弹簧动摩擦系数及系统隔振频率对系统振动参数的影响。
In the paper, the vibration isolation for impact machine is numerically simulated. The method of decoupling equations of damping vibration system with two degree of freedom is presented. The performance and characteristics of vibration isolation elements of leaf spring are introduced. The triction coefficient of leaf spring and the influence of vibration isolation frequency on parameters of vibration isolating system are analyzed and studied.
