摘要
本文利用小波变换的方法,有效识别了旋转机械运行中由滚动轴承等元件的缺陷引起的通过振动,并从时域上计算其通过频率,解决了以往此类故障由于干扰大而难以识别的困难,为机械故障诊断提供了一个非常有效的手段和应用实例。
In the paper, the passing vibration is effectively detected with wavelet transform and the passing frequency in time domain is estimated. The passing vibration is caused by defect in some elements of rotating machine such as shaft bearing,etc., and it is usually difficult to identify. The method offered provides useful means for machinery fault diagnosing.
