摘要
目前我国关于城市灾害后社会捐助的法律规制体系存在着一系列问题,违背了公众的美好愿望,扰乱了社会正常秩序,乃至影响到国家的安定与团结。我国有关部门必须对此种情况从法律的角度加以规制,寻求合适的法律路径,建立完整的法律规制体系。
At present, there are a series of problems existing in the statutory regulation system about social aid participation after urban disaster.The problems violate the good will of the public, disturb normal social order, and affect the stabilit）, and unity of out country. Therefore, related departments must regulate this situatron from law perspective and seek suitable legal ways in order to establish complete statutory regulation system.
