摘要
①目的了解青岛市李沧区３～７岁儿童体格发育状况。②方法对３所幼儿园的１１３６名在园儿童进行体格检查，并用标准离差法与哈尔滨、北京、上海等９市１９８５年标准值及１９９６年青岛市市区测量值进行比较。③结果以９市儿童的身高、体质量、胸围、头围等为标准计算李沧区３～７岁儿童４项指标的平均Ｚ－ｓｃｏｒｅ，Ｓｚ分别是男童身高：１．３０３９，１．０６１７；体质量：１．４２１０，１．５１２０；胸围：０．８３４８，１．３１１９；头围：０．３２３０，１．２７６１．女童身高：１．３８５９，０．９８５３；体质量：１．３８２３，１．４７５２；胸围：０．５０００，１．２４６９；头围：０．３３８１，１．４１０６．儿童身高、体质量、胸围、头围均超过９市同指标的标准值，差异呈高度显著性（ｕ＝５．４８～３２．１７，Ｐ＜０．００１）。与青岛市市区相比，男女童的身高均大于市区（ｕ＝１０．５４，１１．９６Ｐ＜０．００１）；体质量与市区差异无显著性（ｕ＝１．４３，０．０２，Ｐ＞０．０５）；胸围和头围平均Ｚ－ｓｃｏｒｅ值均低于市区儿童（ｕ＝３．１９～５．６８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论青岛市李沧区３～７岁儿童体型匀称。
Objective To understand the physical development of children from 3 to 7 years of age in Licang district of Qingdao city.\ Methods\ Physical examination was performed on 1 136 children of three kindergartens in Licang district. The data obtained were compared with the nine city standard of 1985 and the standard of Qingdao city of 1996 by Standard Deviation Score.\ Results\ The average Z score and Sz of height, weight, chest measurement and head circumference of boys were 1.3039, 1.0617; 1.4210, 1.5120; 0.8348, 1.3119; 0.3230,1.2761 respectively, and of girls, 1.3859, 0.9853; 1.3823, 1.4752; 0.5000, 1.2469; 0.3381, 1.4106, which were significantly higher than the standard values of the nine city of 1985( u=5.48- 32.17, P <0.01). The height of boys and girls in Licang district were significantly higher than that of Qingdao city( u= 10.54, 11.96, P <0.01); The weight of boys and girls were not significantly different between Licang district and Qingdao city( u = 1.43, 0.02, P >0.05). The Z score of head circumference and chest measurement of Licang district were significantly lower than that of Qingdao city( u= 3.19 - 6.58, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ The children's stature of Licang district of Qingdao city was of proportionally built.
