①目的探讨带血管蒂皮瓣早期移植修复手足严重软组织缺损的效果。②方法对２７例手足严重软组织缺损病人采用带血管蒂皮瓣早期移植修复。③结果移植皮瓣全部成活，手足外形满意，功能良好。④结论带血管蒂皮瓣早期移植修复手足严重软组织缺损效果良好。
Objective To study the effect of early transfer of the vascularized pedicle flaps for repairing the serious soft tissue defects of hand and foot.\ Methods\ 27 patients suffering from hand or foot serious tissue defects were repaired by using vascularied pedicle flaps transplantation.\ Results\ All the flaps survived. The function and shape of the flaps were very satisfactory.\ Conclusion\ The effect of early transfer of vascularized pedicle flaps for repairing the serious soft tissue defects of hand and foot was satisfactory and could be applied clinically.
