摘要
非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变是一种常见的视神经疾病,可严重影响视功能,其发病因素诸多,机理复杂,治疗棘手。近年来对其危险因素的认识以及临床诊治研究进展迅速,本文对其发病机制及其临床诊治的进展作一综述。
Non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy is one of the most common optic nerve disorders affecting the visual function with complex and complicated mechanisms,and the clinical therapy is difficult.In recent years,there are rapid progression in realizing the risk factor and clinical treatment.This article reviews the recent advances in mechanisms and diagnosis for non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy.
