摘要
目的研究蛤蟆油对免疫功能低下或增强小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过腹腔注射不同剂量的环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫功能低下及增强模型,以脏器指数、吞噬系数为考察指标,验证蛤蟆油对小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果与模型组比较,蛤蟆油给药组(0.1g/kg)能够提高免疫功能低下小鼠吞噬系数、脏器指数;蛤蟆油给药组(0.2g/kg)能够降低免疫功能增强小鼠吞噬系数,提高脏器指数,并对免疫器官有一定的保护作用。结论蛤蟆油对免疫功能低下或增强小鼠具有免疫调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Oviductus Ranae on the mice's immune function.Methods The immunocompromised and immunoenhancement model mice were made by intraperitoneal injection of different doses of cyclophosphamide to validate its immunomodulatory effect basing on viscera index and phagocytic coefficient.Results Compared with model group,Oviductus Ranae 0.1 g/kg group had the improved phagocytic coefficient and organ index.Oviductus Ranae 0.2 g/kg group had the reduced phagocytic coefficient and the improved organ index,Oviductus Ranae could protect immune organs.Conclusions Oviductus Ranae has immunomodulatory effects on the immunocompromised or immunoenhancement mice.
