摘要
目的探讨补肾法为主治疗脑卒中恢复期的用药规律。方法应用计算机检索CNKI等医学数据库中以补肾法为主治疗脑卒中恢复期的临床研究报道(共检索54篇符合标准的文献),以Excel2000软件建立数据库,收录数据进行药的频率,归经和功效的统计分析;并应用关联规则方法中的Apriori算法分析方剂中药对的应用规律。结果在54首方剂中,出现了103味中药,出现频次共为616次,在药物核心系数(H)的统计中,黄芪,地龙,水蛭,川芎,当归,牛膝等药物的应用;在归经的统计中,归肝经,肾经,心经,脾经的药味和积分比较高;在功效的统计中,补益(补阴药、补血药、补阳药、补气药)活血化瘀和平肝熄风类药的使用次数较高;在药对的统计分析中,黄芪-地龙,黄芪-川芎,地龙-水蛭等药对的使用频率较高。结论利用计算机技术对药物的核心系数(H),归经,功效和药对的频率进行统计,能较好的发现补肾法为主治疗脑卒中恢复期的用药规律,能为临床提供理论指导。
Objective To have a primary research on the treatment of kidney stroke （cerebral infarction） recovery.Methods The clinical study reports of kidney therapy for stroke （cerebral infarction） recovery on CNKI and other medical databases were searched by computer（ altogether retrieving 54 literatures of meeting standards ）,establishing database by EXCEL2000,collecting data and analyzing medical frequency,attributive channel and effect; And analysis herb-pairs principle by Apriori method of connection rule.Results In 54 prescriptions,there were 103 chinese medicines,the frequency was 616.In analysis of medicine core coefficient （H）,the medicine core coefficient of huangqi,dilong,shuizhi,chuanxiong,danggui,niuxi were higher than that of others.In analysis of herb attributive channel,the integrals of liver meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian were higher than those of others.In analysis of the herb efficacy,the use number of times of the invigorating herbs（qi-invigorating herbs,yang-invigorating herbs,yin-invigorating herbs,blood-invigorating herbs）,removing stasis medicinal herbs,the drug for calming the liver to stop the wind were high.In analysis of herb pairs,the frequencies of huangqi-dilong,huangqi-chuanxiong,dilong-shuizhi were high.Conclusions The medication principle of kidney treatment in stroke recovery to analyze the core coefficient （H）,attributive channel,efficacy of herbs provide the theory instruction for clinical.
