细胞因子在登革病毒感染发病机制中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 登革病毒(DENV)感染引起的登革热是东南亚国家和我国南方地区最常见的虫媒传染病之一,其发病机制包括多种学说,但至今尚未完全阐明。近年来,细胞因子在DENV感染中所起到的作用成为研究热点并取得一定进展。目前研究已发现多种细胞因子如IL、TNF、IFN等参与了登革热的发病机制并起到不同作用。此文就近年来细胞因子在DENT感染中的作用进行综述,以期为进一步研究阐明DENT感染后的发病机制提供依据。 Dengue fever is one of the most popular insect-borne infectious diseases caused by dengue virus in Southeast Asia and southern areas of China. There are many different theories on its pathogenesis, but it has not been elucidated so far. Recently, cytokines become a hot point in the researches of dengue fever pathogenesis and some progress have been made already. It has been identified that many cytokines like interleukin, TNF, IFN take part in the pathogenesis of dengue fever and play different roles. The researches on the effect of cytokines in pathogenesis of dengue virus infection are reviewed to provide evidence for further investigation.
