心脏基础液在心脏瓣膜置换术后的应用

摘要 目的探讨心瓣膜置换术后应用心脏基础液补充钾、镁和保护心肌细胞的作用。方法92例心脏瓣膜置换术后患者随机分为2组:对照组49例和基础液组43例。2组于手术结束后,分别应用极化液和心脏基础液于18小时、48小时和72小时时查血钾、血镁和心肌酶。结果基础液组比对照组血钾、血镁明显升高且稳定(P<0.05),其心肌酶亦比对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论在心瓣膜置换术后应用基础液能稳定地补充血钾。 Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac basic liquid on supplementing potassium, magnesium and protecting myocardial cell after cardiac valve replacement. Methods Ninety two patients who underwent cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups. Contrast group 49 cases, basic liquid group 43 cases. The two groups were treated with GIK (glucose, insulin and potassium chloride liquid) liquid or with basic liquid respectively after cardiac valve replacement. Blood potassium, magnesium and myocardial enzymes were processed on 18h, 48h,72h after operation. Results Blood potassium, magnesium were higher and more stable in basic liquid group than in control group( P <0 05). However myocardial enzymes were lower, in basic liquid group than in control group( P <0 01). Conclusion The basic liquid can steadily supply blood potassium, magnesium and protect the myocardial cell after cardiac valve replacement.
