摘要
住院医师规范化培训工作在我院运行了五年，按照卫生部颁发的培训大纲，制定了切实可行的培训计划，发放了“临床住院医师规范化培训手册”，建立了技术档案和登记卡，将“三基”考试成绩、公共必修课成绩、学术活动参加情况，临床工作及技术操作情况等计入档案、手册中，并以此为依据，对拟晋升中级职称的住院医师采用分项排序，综合计分的办法，为中评委推荐选品学兼优的医学人才。
The standardized training for resident-doctors has been running for five yeas in our hospital.Following the training outline of the Ministry of Health,we have laid out the practicable training program,released a hand-book on the standardized training for clinic resident-doctors and established the technical file and registering card In the file,some items are fill in,including the attendance of the academic activity and the condition of the clinic work and technical operation etc.Basing on these data,we put resident-doctors,who apply for the middle title of profession,in order with the way of arranging respectively and counting synthetically,so that the medical person of good character and scholoarship can be recommended to the middle evaluation committee.
