摘要
目的：鉴于目前尚无理想的脱痴药物，作者将MEBO用于Ⅲ°焦痴了解其是否具有良好的脱痴作用。方法：将我科近2年30例住院烧伤患者用MEBO进行Ⅲ度焦痴脱痴，观察脱痴过程、脱痴后肉穿组织的植皮存活率、全身情况、疼痛、血象和肝肾功能的改变等指标。结果：所有病例均在用药后2～4天脱痴并形成肉芽组织，脱痴完整迅速，炎症反应轻微，全身反应亦轻，疼痛好转部分消失，植皮存活率高，无毒副作用。结论：MEBO是目前较为理想的Ⅲ°脱痴药物。
MEBO was used for treating 32 cases of burn with third degree eschar. Decrustation was achieved in 2 to 4 days after the application of MEBO and granulation tissue was formed. Decrustation was very complete. The inflammatory reaction and systemic response were very slight.Pains were relieved. The survival rate of skin grafting was high and no toxic side effect was observed.MEBO is ideal for use as a decrustation agent for removing third degree eschars.
