摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒显像（ＣＤＩ）探查视网膜血管血流动力学是否可行。方法对８０例（１６０只眼）无眼部疾患和既往眼部手术史，且除外能够影响血循环的高血压、贫血、心脏病、外周血管病、糖尿病的视网膜中央动脉（ＣＲＡ）的峰值血流速度（ＰＳＡ），舒张末血流速度（ＥＤＶ）和视网膜中央静脉（ＣＲＶ），最大血流速度（ＶＶ）进行了检测，男４２例，女３８例。平均年龄５６８岁。结果ＣＤＩ探测ＣＲＡ、ＣＲＶ的显示率为１００％。各测值结果处于一个较为稳定的范围。两个不同观察者之间各参数间比较，相关性良好，ｒ＝０．９２４９，无显著性差异，Ｐ＞０．０５。平均误差为５１７±２８～８９±６２３％。各血流参数在不同性别、眼别间无差异，Ｐ＞０．０５。结论ＣＤＩ探查视网膜中央血管是一种简便、易行、准确的方法。在探查研究视网膜中央血管性疾病中，有极大的潜力。
Purpose
The possibility was evaluated,witch the color Doppler imaging (CDI) measure the
hemodynamics of the retinal vessels.Methods The peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic
velocity (EDV) and vein velocity (VV) of the retinal vessels of 80 normal subjected,160
eyes,were studied.There were 42 men and 38 woman.Their average age was 56.8 years
old.Results The results showed that the imaging rate of central retinal artery (CRA) and central
retinal vein (CRV) was 100 per sent.The measurements were not significant difference between
two investigators ( P >0.05 r =0.9249).The average error range was 5.17±2.8 to 8.9±6.23
per cent.No difference was found between male and female.Nether was left and right eve ( P
>0.05).Conclusion CDI is a kind of simple、convenient、accurate method and has great
potentiality in exploring and studing retinal central vessels disease. [
