摘要
剖析我国重大传染病专项的信息需求与知识管理现状,提出构建"十二五"期间重大传染病专项信息管理与知识服务公共资源平台,及其平台建设的基本思路、研究方法、目标和技术路线。试图通过公共资源平台,将国内外相关学科文献与散在科研数据进行知识组织和科学管理,为科研人员提供有力、实用、方便的知识服务保障通道,实现信息共享。
Vision of a platform for information management and public resources used in knowledge service was proposed based on the analysis of information needs in major research projects of infectious diseases and the current state of knowledge management during the 12th Five-Year Plan period,including its basic ideas,research methods,targets and technology.The aim was to provide effective,practical and convenient information services for scientific researchers and to achieve information sharing by integrating the related Chinese and foreign literature and scattered data for their scientific management through the platform.
