摘要
以2008年黑龙江省哈尔滨市阿城区土地利用现状数据为依据,选取14个与农村居民点整理优先度评价的相关指标,利用SPSS软件对阿城区15个乡镇农村居民点整理的优先度进行了评价与排序,分析发现影响阿城区农村居民点整理优先度有整理后产出收益、整理可行性的客观条件和居民主观意愿因素3个主成分。
Based on land use status data of Acheng Region in Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province in 2008,rural residential area consolidation priority appraisement of 15 townships in Acheng were evaluated and sorted by selecting 14 evaluation indexes relevant with rural residential area consolidation and using SPSS software. It was found that there are three main components influencing the priority：output gains after consolidation,objective conditions and subjective views of the residents.
