摘要
在江苏沿海开发上升为国家战略的背景下,采用相对资源承载力的研究方法,以江苏省、苏北地区为参照区域,分析了盐城市2004～2008年相对资源承载力的动态变化过程,研究结果表明:①2004～2008年盐城市土地资源承载力始终处于富余状态;②经济承载力处于超载状态;③土地资源承载力与经济承载力发展不平衡是阻碍盐城可持续发展的最主要的因素。并进一步提出盐城市在江苏沿海开发中可持续发展的对策:①充分发挥优势,大力发展经济,着实提高相对经济承载力。②进一步合理开发利用土地资源,稳定土地资源承载力。③整合区内的优势资源,争取在苏北地区发展中异军突起。
Under the background of Jiangsu coastal development rising to national strategy, relative resource carrying capacity was adopted to analyze the change process of resource carrying capacity from 2004 to 2008 in Yancheng City with Jiangsu Province as reference zone. The research results were as follows ： firstly, the carrying capacity of land resources is always in surplus state ; secondly, the carrying capacity of economic is always in overload state; thirdly, the key factor, hindering the sustainable development in Yaneheng, is the unbalanced of carrying capacity between lands and economics. Further, some suggestions were presented to promote development： firstly, improve the relative eco- nomic capacity by taking full advantage to develop rapidly ; secondly, exploit land resource more reasonable than before and maintain land car- rying capacity; thirdly, integrate the advantages resource for development to strengthen economic status in the north of Jiangsu Province.
