摘要
通过对浓相气力输送技术的工作原理和主要特点的简述,针对铜冶炼烟尘的特殊性和复杂性,对比了栓塞和非栓塞两种不同浓相气力输送的优缺点,提出了铜冶炼烟尘最适合的气力输送形式,以期为铜冶炼工厂对现有烟尘输送改造或新建项目中烟尘气力输送系统的选择和设计提供参考。
The paper briefly introduces the working principle and the main characteristics of dense phase pneumatic conveying technology first and then makes comparison of advantages and disadvantages between plug-type and non-plug-type flow dense phase pneumatic conveying,at last raises the optimal type of pneumatic conveying for flue dust according to the particularity and complexity of flue dust from copper smelting.The purpose is to provide a reference for the selection and design of flue dust conveying system in existing copper smelter improvement or new copper smelter project construction.
