Rare earth is attracting more and more people＇s attention due to its scarcity and important strategical position.An optimal design for a rare earth metal smelter not only needs to make optimization and comparisons of construction options and technological processes,but also needs to make integral coordinations between design processes and various disciplines,in this way the optimization targets of energy saving,emission reduction,technical renovation and rational resource utilization can be achieved.
