摘要
分析了日照市的水资源现状以及在开发利用方面存在的问题,提出了解决水资源危机、确保城市可持续发展的策略和途径:实行地表水、地下水、城市雨水以及过境水的优化分配、联合调度;发展节水农业;配套高效、健全的保障体系;建设污水处理与中水回用工程;改善水库周边环境,提高水资源保护意识;采取有效的海水入侵防治措施等。
Based on the situation of water resources and its exploitation utilization of Rizhao City,the paper analyzed the water resources development and utilization problems during the urbanization process and their main causes.Then it presented some useful solving strategies： setting up the sustainable use plan based on the optimize distribution and joint operation of surface water,ground water,city rainwater transit water,developing the water-saving agriculture,combining with an efficient and healthy guarantee system,building sewage disposal and reclaimed water recycling project,improving the reservior＇s around environment and protecting consciousness of water resources adopting effective protection counter measures to prevent sea water intrusion and so on.
