摘要
为提高煤炭的持续、稳定供给能力,我国煤炭基地建设已经启动。由以往国内外煤炭开发的经验可知,煤炭基地的开发建设过程中极有可能发生水污染问题。在充分分析煤炭基地水污染相关问题的基础上,本文重点论述了煤炭基地水污染的概念、煤炭基地水污染研究的特点、煤炭基地水污染研究的阶段划分和煤炭基地水污染研究理论体系雏形,为相关问题的进一步研究奠定基础。
To improve sustainably and steadily supplying capacity,the coal base construction has been operated in China.According to some experience before at home and abroad,during the exploitation and utilization of the coal base construction,it is very possible that the water pollution is existed.The article is based on the relative issue of fully analysis on water pollution in the coal base and mainly discusses concept and studied characters,section division and the studied theory system of water pollution in the coal base,laid the studied foundation furthermore.
