摘要
简要论述了谐波对电气设备的危害以及电力电子装置中谐波的产生原因,并且以目前应用较广的三相整流电路为例,推导了其谐波电流的数学模型,分析了谐波与功率因数的关系。然后分析了实际应用的三相整流电路中各个元件对谐波的抑制作用。最后利用Matlab中的Simulink仿真功能,记录了基于IGBT的三相桥式整流电路的电压、电流波形。通过改进前和改进后的三相整流电路输出波形的对比,初步验证了谐波抑制的原理,提出了三相整流电路的改进建议。
This paper gives a brief summary on the detriment of harmonic towards electrical equipments as well as the reason of generation of harmonic in electrical equipments.Taking the example of currently used device three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit,the paper then gives a basic demonstration of its mathmatical model and an analysis on the relationship bewteen harmonic and power factor.Then,the paper gives an analysis on how the components of the practical three-phase rectifiers help reduce harmonic in the circuit.At last,by using the simulink of Matlab as a form of simulation,the waveforms,both voltage and current,of three-phase rectifier based on IGBT is observed.By comparing the waveform of unimproved three-phase rectifier and the improved one,the principle of harmonic reducing is demonstrated.Furthermore,the paper suggests the improving strategy of three-phase rectifier.
