摘要
目的鉴别大叶千斤拔、蔓性千斤拔。方法采用HPLC法,Krosmasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为274 nm,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果在选定色谱条件下,建立了稳定可控的高效液相色谱图;应用主成分分析法、系统聚类分析法将药材分成两类,并计算相似度。结论应用高效液相色谱法鉴别大叶千斤拔、蔓性千斤拔是可行的。
Objective To identify Moghania macrophylla(Willd.)O.Kuntze and Moghania philippinensis(Merr.et Rolfe)Li.Methods The fingerprints were obtained from Waters 2695 instrument;the separation of HPLC fingerprints was performed on a Krosmasil C18 analytical column and gradient-eluted with acetonitrile-water at the flow rate of 1 ml/ min.The temperature of column was 30 ℃.The UV detection wavelength was 274 nm.Results Principal components analysis and clustering analysis were used in the identification of the samples and the similitude was calculated by computer.Conclusion The method can identify Moghania macrophylla(Willd.)O.Kuntze and Moghania philippinensis(Merr.et Rolfe)Li..
