摘要
目的研究布渣叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS柱色谱以及制备性高效液相色谱等多种方法对布渣叶（Microcos paniculata L.）进行分离纯化,并结合光谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从布渣叶中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为异鼠李素①、山萘酚②、异香草酸③、对香豆酸④、阿魏酸⑤、脱落酸⑥、牡荆苷⑦、异牡荆苷⑧、水仙苷⑨、异鼠李素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷⑩、异佛莱心苷（11）、表儿茶素（12）及山萘酚3-O-β-D-（6-O-反式对羟基桂皮酰）葡萄糖苷（13）。结论其中化合物1~6以及化合物12~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Microcos paniculata L.Methods The chemical components were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and preparative HPLC chromatographies,and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as isorhamnetin（1）,kaempferol（2）,isovanillic acid（3）,p-coumaric acid（4）,ferulic acid（5）,abscisic acid（6）,vitexin（7）,isovitexin（8）,narcissin（9）,isorhamnetin3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10）,isoviolanthin（11）,epicatechin（12） and kaempferol3-O-β-D-（6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl）glucopyranoside（13）,respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1~6 and compounds 12~13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
