摘要
目的探讨何首乌多糖、二苯乙烯苷及何首乌含药血清对骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)增殖的影响。方法分离、培养大鼠MSCs,分别加入何首乌多糖、二苯乙烯苷及何首乌含药血清72 h后,MTT法检测大鼠MSCs增殖情况。结果 10-4mol/L二苯乙烯苷及10%何首乌含药血清对大鼠MSCs增殖的影响,与空白组及空白血清组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),不同浓度的何首乌多糖对大鼠MSCs增殖影响不明显。结论二苯乙烯苷及何首乌含药血清可促进大鼠MSCs增殖。
Objective To discuss the effect of Polygonum multiflorum polysaccharide,tetrahydroxystilbene glycoside and Pohygonum mutifilorum medicated serum on proliferation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）.Methods MSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under Polygonum multiflorum polysaccharide,tetrahydroxystilbene Glycoside or polygonum multiforum medicated serum for 72h.After the induction,the proliferation effect on MSCs was detected with MTT.Results Compared with the control group and blank serum group,1×10-4mol/L tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside and 10% Polygonum multiflorum medicated serum had obvious effect on rat MSCs,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside and Polygonum multiflorum medicated serum can promote the proliferation of MSCs.
