摘要
高职生有自身的特点,高职班主任必须根据高职生的特点来管理班级。高职班主任必须深入班级,必须进行调查研究,学风建设和心理健康应成为高职班主任工作的重点。
Students in vocational colleges have their own characteristics.The class adviser should manage the class according to their characteristics.The class adviser should go to the class to make investigations and do researches.The class adviser should attach importance to the establishment of the style of learning and of mental health of the students.
