摘要
图书馆借阅证是图书馆识别读者身份的重要工具,是图书馆与读者沟通的重要桥梁和纽带。通过高校图书馆给新生办理借书证的流程进行分析,指出现有的问题并提出解决问题的方法,从而提高办理效率。
The library card is an important means to show the reader＇s identity,and a communicative bridge and link between the library and the reader.By analyzing the procedures for the issuing of library cards,the paper points out some existing problem and put forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the work.
