摘要
通过田间试验研究了施用秸秆堆肥对生菜产量和品质以及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,在施用化肥的基础上增施秸秆堆肥能够增加生菜产量,提高生菜可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C的含量,同时增施秸秆堆肥能够显著提高土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性,改善土壤质量,为农业持续稳产、增产提供保障。
A field experiment planted with lettuce was conducted for investigating the impact of straw compost on yield and quality of lettuce and soil enzyme activites.Results showed that increasing application of straw compost on the base of chemical fertilizer used could improve the yield,content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and VC of lettuce.Furthermore,the soil enzyme(sucrase,ureaseand catalase) activites were enhanced significantly,straw compost improve the soil quality and supply guarantee for sustaining agricultrue.
