摘要
分析了国内烧结、球团工艺电除尘器大多采用的顶部电磁振打和侧部摇臂锤振打两种机械振打方式的缺点。提出了采用声波清灰与机械振打相结合的方式以及单独使用声波清灰的方式,这两种方式具有提高除尘效率、降低烟粉尘排放浓度等优点,完全可以在电除尘器上推广应用。
The top electromagnetic impacting way and the lateral impacting way of rocker hammer are usually used in electric precipitator of the domestic sintering process and the palletizing process. The disadvantages of the two ways are analyzed. It is suggested that the sound wave deashing way is combined with the mechanical impacting way, or the sound wave deashing way is used alone. The two ways have the advantages of increasing dusting efficiency and reducing concentration of dust emission, and can be applied to the electric precipitator.
