摘要
当今电子技术飞速发展,集成电路的频率不断提高,PCB板的密度也在逐渐增加,使得信号完整性问题越来越成为每一个电子工程师都必须要关注的问题。由传输线效应引起的反射问题就是其中非常重要的一个方面。分析了反射产生的原因,给出了抑制反射的方法,并结合实例进行了Protel仿真,通过仿真结果可以看到反射基本都得到了抑制。
With the fast development of electronic technology at present,the frequency of integrated circuit is growingly going high and the density of PCB is also gradually increasing.These make the integrity of signal increasingly become an important issue which all the electronic engineers have to pay attention to.The reflection problem resulted from the transmission line effect is an important aspect in it.In this article we analyzed the reasons of reflection occurrence,introduced the methods of reflection control and made the Protel simulation in conjunction with real case;it was seen via the result of simulation that the reflection had basically been restrained.
