摘要
目的:探讨血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α)在人工晶体植入术后动态变化的临床意义。方法:对24例白内障囊外摘除(ECCE)后房型人工晶体植入术后(PC-IOL)患者及20名健康对照组进行血浆ET-1、INF_α测定,检测方法为放射免疫测定。结果:24名患者均呈高内皮素及高TNF_α血症,且与手术后恢复情况相关。结论:本研究结果显示血浆内皮素-1、TNF_a在ECCE、PC-IOL植入术后发生动态变化,可作为监测术后愈复情况、估计病人预后及转归的实验室指标。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of changes in endothelin-1(ET-1) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) levels in patients after extracapsular extraction (ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (PC-IOL) . Method: THe levels of serum ET-1 and TNF α were determined by radioimmunoassy in 24 patients and 20 healthy controls Results: All patients had raised levels of serum ET-1 and TNF a after operation, the degree of which were related to postoperative recovery course. Conclusion: It is of use to determine the serum ET-1 and TNF α levels in patients after ECCE PC - IOL insertion; which may help the doctor to judge the postoperative recovery course and to predict the patient' s progress.
