摘要
为了解决线阵相机采集帘子布图像灰度不均匀的难题,介绍了帘子布的结构特点及以线阵相机为核心的帘子布图像采集系统,分析了光源、镜头、光敏单元等方面对图像灰度不均匀的影响.通过选用合适的光源、镜头及线阵相机平场校正方法进行实验,结果表明这些方法使得采集的帘子布图像灰度均匀性较好,减小了疵点识别的难度.
In order to solve the problem of gray non-uniformity in grab cord fabrics with linear camera,the structure character of cord fabrics and the system of cord fabrics image grab with linear camera are introduced briefly,and the factors of gray non-uniformity such as light,lens,photosensitive element are analyzed,through selecting proper light,lens and flat field correction of linear camera,experimental results show that these methods make uniformity of image grayscale is very good,and so reduce the difficulty of inspecting defects.
