摘要
本研究采用问卷法调查了在澳门社会福利服务机构工作的132名社会工作者,探讨其应对方式、工作满意度及其关系。结果发现:(1)澳门社工较多采用成熟的应对方式,且应对方式具有性别差异;(2)社工整体工作满意度较高,内源满意度高于外源满意度,而且有随着工龄的增加而增强的趋势;(3)社工应对方式与工作满意度之间关系密切,越采用成熟的应对方式,对工作满意度越高,反之则越低;应对方式对工作满意度具有一定的预测作用。研究认为,澳门社工应对方式在一定程度上影响着其工作满意度。
132 social workers who all works in all kinds of non-governmental social service organizations in Macao were chosen to study their coping style, job satisfaction and both their relationship by question- naires. The results showed as follows: (1) The social workers in Macao used more mature coping style than immature', and there are significant differences in the coping styles across gender; (2) The job sat- isfaction of the social workers now were in a more satisfactory state as a whole, which had the trend to enhanced with the increase of the working years, and the intrinsic job satisfaction was higher than the ex- trinsic job satisfaction; (3) In addition, there was a close relationship between both of the coping style and job satisfaction, which showed that the more mature the coping style to be used, the higher the de- gree of job satisfaction would be, while the lower conversely. The Coping style had a role in forecasting on job satisfaction. Our studies suggested that the coping style of social workers in Macao in a certain extent affected its job satisfaction.
