摘要
在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对高校思想政治教育有效性进行了系统的研究,认为高校辅导员思想政治教育有效性是高校思想政治教育工作生命力的标志和体现,是衡量高校思想政治教育成功与否的最终标准,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的客观依据。
Based on current academic achievements,this paper makes a systematic study on the effectiveness of college political instructors’ideological and political instruction and concludes that effective ideological and political instruction is the yardstick of success concerning a college’s overall ideological and political educa tion and provides an objective basis for strengthening and improving college ideological and political education.
