摘要
对国防开支和经济增长的关系进行探讨,可以准确判断和把握国防开支和国民经济的相关性,为减少国防开支对经济发展的负效应,增强其正效应提供理论依据,对国防政策的制定和国防支出的统筹规划具有重要意义。旨在对国防开支和经济增长关系的研究进行梳理,并在此基础上,分析现有研究的不足,指出下一步研究的方向。
Exploring the relationship between the defense spending and economic growth can accurately judge and grasp the relevance of defense spending and the national economy in various fields.It also can provide a theoretical basis for weakening the negative effects of defense expenditure on economic development and enhancing its positive effects.It is very important to formulate defense policy and plan defense spending overall.This paper aims at straightening out the study of the relationship between defense spending and economic growth,analyzing the inadequacy of the existing research,and pointing out the direction of further studies.
