摘要
西北电力调度通信中心结合本网的实际情况, 克服了无规范、无经验、无资料等不利因素, 率先完成了我国首例水调自动化系统的规划、可行性研究、概念设计、功能规范书编制及系统开发等工作。该系统自1997 年底投运以来, 已取得了明显的经济和社会效益。
Northwest Power Dispatching and Communication Bureau, taking the actual conditions of itself power network into account and overcoming the unfavorable factors of no specification, no experience and data shortage, is the first to complete the work of feasibility study report on water dispatching automation planning, concept design, function specifications preparation and system development. Since this system was put into operation by the end of 1997, the outstanding economic and social benefits have been gained.
