摘要
本文从水资源约束条件下的灌区可持续发展出发，构建了都江堰灌区可持续发展的指标体系．提出了一种动态与静态相结合的集成评价方法，并对都江堰灌区可持续发展作了综合定量评价．
Based on the principle of sustainable development of water resource restrain in irrigation area, the paper established the evaluation index system of sustainable development in Dujiangyan irrigation area. An integration evaluation method combining static and dynamic method is proposed. By using this method, the sustainable development of the irrigation area is evaluated comprehensively.
