摘要
本文根据边界波衍射理论分析了圆孔及相位片的衍射现象,得出其轴上光强的解析表达式,并对高斯光束经相位片衍射后的轴上光强进行了数值计算和讨论。得到了在一定条件下轴上最大衍射光光强可达入射光强的9倍。
The diffraction phenomena by a circular aperture or a phase plate is analyzed
by the boundary diffraction wave theory,the analytic expression of its axial intensity is
obtained.And the diffraction of Gaussian beam through a phase plate are calculated and
discussed.
