摘要
目的研究黄精多糖的抗肿瘤活性。方法对黄精中的多糖进行了提取、分离、纯化,取得黄精粗多糖,采用动物在体实验,进行黄精多糖对动物移植性肿瘤Heps、Eac的活性研究。结果黄精多糖各剂量组的瘤质量均小于对照组,均可显著抑制小鼠移植瘤Heps、Eac的生长(P<0.01),抑瘤率均较高,100及50 mg/kg剂量组对动物体质量影响较大(P<0.01)。结论黄精多糖对Heps和Eac瘤株有显著抗肿瘤作用,具有很好的抗肿瘤应用前景。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-tumour activity of Rhizoma' Polygonati. METHOD extract, separate and purify the polysaccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati. Study the effect of polysaccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati to Heps, Eac. RESULT The weight of tumour of each drug group of polysaccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati is lew than model group. CONCLUSION The polysaccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati should be as a candidate for new drugs to clinical treatment of tumour.
