Technology of controlling thickness of multi-segment end covers of mills

摘要 端盖作为大型矿用磨机的关键零件之一,在制造过程中内外锥面的壁厚均匀是一个重要的控制环节,其壁厚的不均匀性会造成磨机回转的偏载现象,严重影响磨机的运转精度、使用寿命以及安全性,尤其对于分体端盖内外锥面壁厚均匀性的控制是个难点。通过对多瓣端盖内外锥面壁厚不均匀的主要产生原因进行分析,在实际加工制造过程中,采取了一些具有针对性的制造工艺技术措施,有效地解决了多瓣端盖在加工制造过程中存在的内外锥面壁厚不均匀的加工制造难点,该制造工艺技术具有较好的参考价值。 The end cover is one of the key parts in the large mine mill,the uniformity of thickness between its inner and outer conical surface is an important control tache during the manufacturing,the uneven thickness will bring about the rotary deflection of mill,which will seriously affects the operation precision,employment lifespan and safety of the mill.The uniformity of thickness between inner and outer conical surface of multi-segment end cover is especially hard to control.After the analysis of main causes of uneven thickness between inner and outer conical surface of multi-segment end cover,some pertinent technical measures was applied to the actual manufacturing.These technical measures effectively solved the above problem and have good reference value.
