摘要
目的:探讨颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤的诊治要点。方法:回顾性分析32例颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤患者的临床资料。结果:32例中生存30例,死亡2例。结论:应全面检查颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤,给予相应治疗。
Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury combined cervical spine injury.Methods： The clinical data of 32 patients with craniocerebral injury combined cervical spine injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results： Among 32 patients,30 cases lived,2 cases died.Conclusion： Craniocerebral injury conbined cervical vertebrae injury should be given complete inspection and relative treatment.
