摘要
目的:评价大脑中动脉及脐动脉阻力指数比值差对单绒毛膜双胎围生儿结局不良的预测。方法:回顾性分析22对单绒毛膜双胎的彩色多普勒超声资料,比较围生儿结局不良与正常单绒毛膜双胎大脑中动脉及脐动脉的阻力指数比值差。结果:围生儿结局不良与正常单绒毛膜双胎大脑中动脉及脐动脉阻力指数比值差有明显差异。结论:大脑中动脉及脐动脉的阻力指数比值差增大可能有助于早期预测单绒毛膜双胎胎儿围生儿结局不良。
Objective： To evaluate the difference of resistance index ratio of Middle Cerebral and umbilical artery in Pre-dicting the poor perinatal-outcome in monochorionic twin.Methods： 22 monochorionic twins were retrospectively analyzed by color doppler sonography.The resistance index ratios were compared between middle cerebral and umbilica artery be-tween poor perinatal outcome and normal monochorionic twin.Results： The difference of resistance index ratio was very significant.Conclusion： The difference of resistance index ratio may help in early prediction of the poor perinatal-outcome in monochorionic twin.
