摘要
主要实现频率和功率连续可调的超声波电源设计。首先,通过设计直接数字频率合成器(DDS)实现不同输出频率,采用AT89S52控制AD9851的频率和相位控制字;其次,设计功率放大单元满足高功率超声波驱动的需求;最后,通过超声波的发射和接收实验来验证超声波电源工作的性能。实验结果表明该系统具有工作性能稳定、功耗小、可控性强等优点。
An adjustable frequency and power of ultrasonic power supply is designed.Firstly,digital frequency synthesizer is proposed,which mainly uses AT89S52 control the AD9851 frequency and phase control word to achieve for different output frequencies.Secondly,power amplifier module is sugested to realize high power ultrasonic drive.Finally,by transmitting and receiving ultrasound experiment to verify the performance of ultrasonic power supply.The experimental results show that the system has stable performance,small power consumption and strong controllability advantages.
